As an Optima customer support representative, we believe in human-centred, high-quality customer experiences. Using chats, phone calls and emails as working tools, you’ll be there to listen, support and problem solve for Optima customers.
We offer full time inbound customer service customer service roles, opportunities where the hours of operations are traditionally in between 8am and 8pm, from Monday to Saturday. We are currently seeking Full time candidates.

What you will be doing:
- Answering Inbound calls from our customers
- Listen carefully to customers, and personalize their experience
- Resolve challenging situations while maintaining call control
- Support your peers by working together and sharing winning strategies-> that is how we offer impeccable services
You're an ideal candidate if:
- Fluently Bilingual in English and French
- High school or higher education preferred
- Can adapt quickly to changing situations
- Are motivated by helping others
- Have mastered the art of analyzing and problem solving
- Have an appreciation of technology
- Have already worked in the customer service industry, whether it be call center or retail
